O R D E R:
The matter has been amicably settled interse the parties. The complainant, who is, present in person before this Forum, has rendered a statement duly reduced into writing and signed by him that, the OP has handed over a cheque bearing No.545402 dated 29.09.2009, amounting to Rs.9,700/- in full and final satisfaction of the claim, as involved in this complaint. He has further stated that the entire accessories have been delivered to the learned counsel for the OP and the defective hand set, is, already lying with M/S Nokia Care Shimla, against the job sheet No.205/4, dated 03.03.2009, hence, the original job sheet has been returned to the learned counsel for the OP, before this Forum.
In the light of the above the complaint, is, disposed of as fully satisfied. However, the statement rendered by the complainant, which is duly signed by him, shall also form part and parcel of this order. Ordered accordingly.
The complainant and learned counsel for the OP, undertook to collect the certified copy of this order from the office, free of cost, as per procedure. The file after due completion, be consigned to record room.
