JUDGEMENT
As a result, the case succeeds.
Hence,
Ordered,
The case is decreed against the op no. 2&3 and dismissed against the op no.1.
The complainant is entitled to get sum of rupees 1 lakh(rupees one lakh only) from the op no.
2&3 since they are held liable jointly and severally. The complainant is also entitled to get
interest @Rs.10%p.a. on the decreetal amount from the date of this order till realisation.
The complainant is also entitled to get further sum of Rs.2,000/-(Rupees two thousand only) as
compensation for suffering physical & mental harassment and also entitled to get Rs.500/-(Rupees
five hundred only) as litigation cost .
Op no.2&3 has to make all the payments within one(1) month from the date of this order.
The case is thus disposed of.
