JUDGEMENT
In result, the case succeeds.
Hence,
Ordered,
That the C. C. No 2008/38 be and the same is decreed on contest against the op no.1, 2 & 3. The
op no. 2 & 3 are jointly and severally liable to pay Rs. 4 lakhs as compensation to the claimant
Pratima Adhikary which she is entitled to get. She is also entitled to get Rs. 2,000/- for
harassment and mental agony caused to her plus Rs.500/- as litigation cost, thus in total Rs.
4,02,500/-. The op no. 2 & 3 are directed to make payment of the decretal dues of Rs.4,02,500/-
to this complainant within a period of one month since this date failing which the complainant
is entitled to get interest @ 10% p.a. upon the decretal dues since this date till the date of
realization of the full amount.
