The complainant is absent without taking any step. On rep[eated calls, none appears on his behalf.

It is now 12.17 p.m.

The record shows that 04.08.09, 09.09.009,10.11.09 and today i.e. 09.12.09 fixed for taking step upon the op 2 but the complainant is reluctant to take step upon op 2. Furthermore, the complainant does not take any step today.

The op 1 by filing a petition praying for time for filing w/v. Considered.

As the complainant is absent today and as the complainant has not taking any step upon op 2 inspite of granting several days . It seems that he is not interested in his case. Considering all these the case is dismissed for default
