Date of delivery of judgement – 9.12.2009

Order no.  19

The op 1 by filing a petition prays for time on the ground stated thereon.

The complainant takes no step and is absent. On repeated calls, none appears on his behalf. It is now 1.00 p.m.

The record shows that the complainant has been directed to take step upon op 2 on 04.08.09, 09.09.09, 10.11.09 , 09.12.09 ,i.e. today. But the complainant is reluctant to take step upon op 2. This seems that the complainant is not interested in his case.

Considering all these, and he complainant is absent without taking any step, the case is dismissed for default.
