Ordered,
That the op no1 & 2 are directed to pay the claim amount of Rs.12,762/- to the complainant, The
ops are further directed to pay compensation of Rs.500/- for harassment & mental agony.The
complainant is also entitled to litigation cost of Rs.500/-. All the payments are to be made
within one month from the date of this order. In default the payment shall carry interest
@Rs.10%p.a. from the date of this order till realisation.
The case is thus disposed of
