The case is allowed exparte against op no.1 & op no.2 and it stands dismissed on contest against
op no.3.
The complainant is entitled to get mature value of Rs.1 lakh against three certificates as per
prayer. He is also entitled to get Rs.5,000/-(Rupees five thousand only) for his mental pain
and agony for the deficiency in service and negligent act of op no.1 in providing service and to
cost of Rs. 1,000/- as litigation cost. The op no.1 is directed to pay to the complainant the
above mentioned amount within one month from the date of this judgment failing which the op no.1
will be liable to pay interest on the decretal amount @ 10% per annum from the date of this
order till realisation of the amount.
