Both the parties are present through their representative advocates. The advocate for complainant files a petition to withdraw this case as amicable settlement has been made between the parties. The advocate for OP filed a memo alongwith account payee cheque bearing No. “069498” dt. 22-09-09 worth of Rs. 9,235.00(nine thousand two hundred thirty five) only and of Union Bank of India, Baripada Branch towards the claim amount of the complainant. We allowed both the petitioner filed by the advocates for parties. The complainant is directed to receive the cheque with proper identification by his advocate. Hence this case is dropped as withdrawn by the complainant.
