The case is put today on strength of advance petition filed by advocate for complainant. Heard the learned counsel for complainant on the question of maintainability after considering from all angles, we hold the instant case is not maintainable in this forum. Hence we dismiss this case and accordingly we perused the petition IA No 2/09 for seeking information relief, which is also rejected as there is no merit in this case.
